Monthly Maintenance Package:  A general maintenance package designed to help you keep your house in good shape.  This package includes air filter change for air conditioning, light bulb changes with high efficiency green light bulbs, smoke detector check and battery changes.  Also checked and repaired when necessary, door stops to protect walls, weather stripping, caulking in wet areas like kitchen and bathrooms.  Also included in the monthly inspection are, checks of locking mechanisms on exterior doors and windows, a general inspection of the property for other maintenance issues, and freeze protection in the winter months. $59.99

Monthly Pest Control:  Two packages available, basic which covers 15+ different household pests and covers the interior perimeter of your house for $49.99. Or the Plus package, which covers the perimeter interior and exterior of the house for only $64.99 a month.

Monthly Lawn Maintenance:  Includes mowing edging and blowing once a week for $120 a month.  Also, it is possible to get additional services such as fertilization, flowerbeds, and hedge trimming, call for a quote.
